Introducing TEN ๐ŸŽฏ


Hey Itch community! I'm excited to share TEN - our take on Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe - with you all for the first time.

What is TEN?


TEN is a strategic evolution of classic tic-tac-toe that'll make your brain work overtime. Instead of one 3x3 grid, you're playing on 9 interconnected boards simultaneously. The twist? Where you play determines where your opponent must play next. It's like chess meets tic-tac-toe with a dash of 4D thinking! 

TEN is an ongoing experiment in AI-assisted game development. 

Why Bring TEN to Itch?

TEN began life as a Progressive Web App at ten.sennepgames.com, and it's been great seeing players engage with the strategy behind Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe. But Itch is different.

This is a space for people who don't just play games — they think critically about them. That kind of feedback is invaluable as we continue developing TEN. We're here to share progress, explore new ideas, and involve the community as the game evolves.

The Development Story

TEN was built collaboratively with AI assistance. I directed the development, made all the creative decisions, and curated the final experience, but had AI help with the heavy coding. It's been a fascinating experiment in human-AI collaboration for game development.
